Merch:

-          Waiting for a few more quotes then should have the shop ready in the next fortnight

MUMS:

-          Arranging room for cinema night

-          Belgrave event (was) tonight – sponsored by Dunkin Donuts

Election:

-          Concern £5 fee may have prevented people voting – will raise with Dean

-          Still looking for intercalation and mature rep

EDI:

-          Now ‘Equity, Diversity and Inclusion’

General updates & AOB:

-        May be restarting some dormant societies under MSRC

-        Treasurer in process of setting up emergency fund for societies

-        LUU societies do not need to submit risk assessments to us for events

-        Please contact the president if your society needs information about your public liability insurance

-        New EDI plan for rest of year – hoping to link up with Sexpression for some events

-        New 1st Year reps raised concerns about no IMS feedback – unfortunately the medical school have said previously they won’t do this to prevent question bank being spoiled

-        Hoping to arrange some AMAs with reps to discuss housing, NHS bursary etc. with younger years
